I've spent 15 years scaling billion-dollar startups in SF. This summer I'm running a 3-day intensive for a small group of college students, teaching the business skills I wish I had when starting my career.
This isn't a class. In three days you'll build a business case for a microservice, defend it amongts your peers, and build/ship/iterate an MVP using common AI tools (i.e. Replit or Claude). It's not an engineering bootcamp, but is for those with a builder's mindset. We'll focus on how to lead with action, how to show up, how to develop business judgement, how to operate inside a high-stakes venture-backed business environment.
Each day includes a series of business reviews, prototyping sessions, and office hours (with me and guest execs across the valley). You'll learn to work with peers and executives through written memos, live debate, and presentations. You'll be pushed hard. You'll leave with sharper communication, first principles thinking, and learning how to act with an extreme urgency toward impact.
